The rudest doctor ever! She refused to sign my employment physical form and told me "you need to leave. I can't help you. Stop wasting my time". She clearly just doesn't want to go through paperwork and has no patience. Worst customer service EVER, pls don't waste your time!!
The receptionist(Sandra) will have u on the sign in papers and go over your name and send in here regular people. Even when u get there before her (Sandra)
I was a patient up until May 2024. Convenient Location; However Patient Care Is Not Very Caring! I needed a form transmitted electronically for my transport to other appts. As My PCP I was horrified when I was told they " can't do anything for me"! I had a breakdown, called my Therapist, left a message. And by the time she called me back she was able to submit the form and get approval while I was on the phone! I changed my PCP after I got off the phone with her!
