Love my new home and Heather is the best! Heather, the property manager is so nice and down to earth. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. You can tell she a property manager that cares about her residents. The location is great and the neighbors are nice too. If you like a beautiful home that has unbeatable prices and quality finishes, you’d love Cambria.
I've lived at the Cambria Apartments on and off for thirty five years, under this name and another. The place is great. Heather Newcom is the manager to date. This community has never run more smoothly. Her attention to the needs of each resident is uncanny. As far as apartment living in KC goes, it's not possible to find a place I'd be happier. I will live here as long as I've anything to say about where I live.
Amazing place to live at. Fantastic location with peaceful and friendly neighbors. If you're ever looking to move somewhere with a more HOME feeling, vs that clinical feeling you get from some of these "Modern" apartments, please consider Cambria and ask for Heather, the property manager. You will NOT regret it. You get incredible value here at Cambria. Fantastic team here!
