Heather was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. She was responsive, patient, and always willing to answer my many questions. She went above and beyond to coordinate with our movers and helped ensure everything went smoothly on move-in day. Moving can be stressful, but Heather made the experience easy and seamless. Management is very rude and I wouldn’t recommend staying here there is not reason on why the receptionist is mean ?
Such a great place to live on the Plaza! Heather is the best and has your best interest at heart always. A safe, clean, welcoming place to live. Best apartment we’ve lived in in KC.
My husband and I lived at Cambria for 3 years and loved every minute. Heather is always there with a smile and truly cares about each and every resident. Any question or request that we had was answered in a timely and attentive fashion. Cambria overall had great maintenance staff, clean living spaces, and was a wonderful community.
Great place and management is excellent. Heather goes above and beyond to help residents and provide good events. Coffee machine is so nice and parking so convenient. Location on plaza is perfect. Clean and maintained very well. Residents are great too ! Friendly, fun, convenient, and comfortable place to be.
