I recently stayed at this hotel from a Wed to Sun. Although I had an overall decent stay, I ran into many minor problems that added up significantly to detract from my experience at the hotel. The worst part of this was that when I first arrived in my room, I immediately noticed hair of varying sizes, including public hair, in the shower and on the bathroom floor - gross for sure. I had such a lovely experience at the Cambria. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The service was top-notch, and every interaction felt welcoming and professional. The room was exceptionally clean and equipped with up-to-date amenities. Rock Hill South Carolina has been a pleasant surprise. A handful of restaurants and bars within walking distance
This was worse experience ! Stayed two nights checked June 18th Winthrop orientation our room was dirty .. refrigerator hair on top and sticky chocolate on door , mildew above vent , Under the bed dirty , lack of enough towels , One wash cloth for three people in two queen bed . Coffee maker looked to never been clean layered with dust ! They do not keep coffee going downstairs like all hotels do do customers . The money we pay to stay no free breakfast !
