Not sure what to say. We needed to be in Rock Hill. But cleanliness was a real problem, as was the actual quality of the room. UPDATE: We were very happy to have a call from the hotel, they were very apologetic and we will definitely consider staying there again when we are in the area. Thank you for jumping on this!
Not sure what to say. We needed to be in Rock Hill. But cleanliness was a real problem, as was the actual quality of the room. Broken door, broken sofa, stains, no amenities (soap). Weird. The room was not inexpensive, and we expected better. No management on staff to speak with. Hotel staff definitely responded, they were very nice. But seriously, expensive rooms. The chain needs to invest. This is not adequate. Sorry to say.
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! They don’t know what they’re doing: My expensive food went bad in their non-operational refrigerator. When I explained everything, TIM refused to be of service. Also, it’s like pulling teeth to get someone at the front desk it is literally always empty every time I go down there. And, there is a back door that is broken on the first floor so anyone can have access to the hotel WITHOUT A KEY! THAT IS A SAFETY HAZARD! Especially when people leave their doors cracked open!!! I have been staying at cambria suites for a few nights with a friend and the customer service here is amazing . The rooms are decent but the hot tub was a nice addition to my stay . Be sure to check out the menu in the loom because the crab soup is by far my favorite dish !! The staff is also very nice and attentive which is always a 10/10 .
