We stayed at this hotel recently, and while the room wasn’t super clean when we arrived, we didn’t make a big deal out of it. However, once we got into bed, things took a horrible turn. My wife woke up with bites and welts all over her body, and I had several on my face and chest. At first, we were going to let it go, but as the day went on, the bites got worse. Great location. Rooftop bar service was horrible. Waited 15 min for the Bartender to return, never approached us so we left. Rooms are spacious, yet the automated blinds were complicated and in bad repair.
