UPDATE: I reached out to the owner the day they posted the response. It's been 2 weeks and I feel ghosted. Makes my feelings much worse. Our mini fridge leaked all night apparently. We woke up to a huge puddle on the floor. Luckily none of our bags or electronics were in the water. Not a great thing to discover at 5am going to the bathroom. The real problem was the lack of response from the desk. The lady was very nice however... A problem like this should at the very least be compensated with a discount or something. I was torn between a 3 or 4 rating so I guess the 3.7 that is averaged is about right. The hotel is in a great area to enjoy downtown Milwaukee. We took the train and walked to the hotel and everything else we enjoyed through the weekend - Riverwalk, both Milwaukee and 3rd Street Markets, Riverside Theater, and several other smaller attractions. Check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming. Maid service has to be requested if you're staying more than one night. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed comfortable. There is ... read more

Hôtel très confortable, très bien place. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée. Ascenseurs rapides. On peut même se garer dans la rue : $2 par heure du lundi au vendredi de 8am à 6pm et gratuit le week-end. Très facile avec l'application dédiée. Dommage que le valet essaie d'influencer de façon impolie pour que l'on prenne le supplément parking proposé par l'hôtel.
