Elevators takes too long
Rooms were clean, comfortable, and the location was great. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. We ordered breakfast at the second-floor restaurant and waited over an hour for pancakes and an omelette that never arrived. There were no updates, and when we asked about the order, the server simply said they were backed up without checking on it or following up. Awesome stay! Very clean and friendly! Everyone was very helpful. We loved The Rig bar. Omar and Justin are rock stars. Good food great place to entertain customers. We will always use this place when we stay in Houston!!
Everything is very nice but restuarant is very slow.
