Only thing wish shower was stronger
Great Decor and customer service. I really liked getting updates via text and warm wishes with my name daily.
We appreciated being able to check in early for a small additional fee, which was convenient. The beach is directly across the street, although the hotel does not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. The location was a little less convenient than we expected. There aren’t many restaurants, bars, or attractions within walking distance, so we ended up using Uber quite a bit. The best part about this hotel was the room and the 3 minute walk to the beach. It would have been nice to have brochures or a link to the attractions (Las Olas Blvd and the restaurants/shops in that area). Some of the front desk staff/housekeeping staff didn’t communicate well and weren’t friendly. It was nice having the local BCT 11 bus route next to the hotel. There was also a local supermarket (Publix) about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
