The lady that checked me in was lovely, I didn't catch her name but she was a short redheaded woman. She was great and welcoming! The rest of the staff wasn't the best. I had drinks on their rooftop bar and the staff there were very standoffish not welcoming at all. The bartender girls looked at eachother to try and decide who was going to take my order like if I was an inconvenience and they were just staring at me with their shitty attitudes. I stayed here for a while for work and I would highly recommend this for anyone staying in downtown Phoenix. The people really make the experience. Everyone that works here was amazing. They made my long-term stay feel like I was part of the family. From management to housekeeping and everyone in between. Rooms were always clean and the hotel was always well kept. Best hotel in downtown Phoenix! Everything was spotless and the service was top-notch. Easy access to restaurants and attractions. Will definitely book here again on my next trip.
