This has been my spot for the last year , spent many 3 days stays here and it was fantastic...until Nov 21st. They must have new owners the pool was freezing they said it was 83 degrees it was not and the hot tub looked like milk with scum completely covering the water. And patio was closed even though they said it will be open and breakfast was powder eggs and horrible sausage for 9.995 omg please get it together ill miss my spot.
Although we only planned to stay a few days, we spent our whole week at this facility. The concierge staff was so accommodating and responsive, the room was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. The town of Green now has two-lane round-abouts, and the hotel was directly off one of these. Tricky at first yet very convenient once we mastered which lane and where to cross over for exiting to the hotel. I booked with a wedding group who had arranged to have a block of rooms. However, we had guests on the second, third, and fourth floor. Half of the guests who had called specifically to book in the block weren’t remotely near each other. My room wasn’t the cleanest. The photos included are just from my room. The light on my bedside table had a dead light bulb. My room’s cabinet was being clamped together. There was considerable dust on top of the headboard. The old Indian man at the front desk was rude and don’t come here!!! We had a reservation, did hours of driving just to end up with a VERY Rude front desk man!!! If you are from out of town don’t go there!! It’s over priced trash! We have traveled from State to State just to get to the Cambria in Green to be treated like trash!!! Don’t waste your time or money here!! Very Rude need classes on customer service!!
