moving out costs are higher than you expect Very good apartment, in very good locality, very less issues. Occasionally water heater doesn't work, but they fix it soon. Management complains lot about mould issues in bathroom, even though you keep it clean, because of lack of ventilation, mould will reappear, be prepared to pay cleaning fee. Stay away If you love screaming, disrespectful children running around unsupervised at all hours of the day and night then this is the place for you. The kids disrupt the property by breaking sprinkler lines and playing in the muddy water, making "sandcastles" in the dirt next to the walkway, and throwing balls against the walls of the apartment complex.
