Cambium Place at the Old Sawmill District is an excellent place to live. Located right on the Milwaukee trail, it is easy to bike and walk just about anywhere in Missoula. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and will go above and beyond your expectations to make you feel right at home. My husband, pups and I have enjoyed living at Cambium Place for the past year. The walkability to downtown Missoula, high end finishes, and the growth at Old Sawmill District were exactly what we were looking for when we sold our house! We were worried about noise and privacy, but is so quiet, and we never hear our neighbors. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and we love where we live!
My husband and I moved into Cambium Place in May of this year. We LOVE it! Our apartment is much smaller than the home we moved from but our apartment meets our needs and then some! The building is beautiful and is so well kept and the staff are ALL friendly and professional. We have used the Chef's Kitchen several times and enjoy the outdoor space, including the community garden. Luxury apartments with lots of noise. For a fully furnished studio apartment with utilities included it’s $2,250 a month. With that you get an underground parking space and storage unit as well as monthly get together a for residents. But if you are not on the fourth floor you will hear your neighbors walking around above you, people seem to be very inconsiderate of their neighbors below.
