This is my first google review because this was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a cleaning and check-up — my first since finishing orthodontic treatment — expecting a thorough visit. During the cleaning, the hygienist actually cut my lip. It wasn’t deep, but it stung and was clearly avoidable. When I mentioned it, she responded with “Oh, I'm scared now” and then rushed through the polishing in about five seconds.
