The team at Cambiar is as good as it gets! I have been working with Tim (as our property manager) for over 10 years and he continues to take amazing care of our property, even when we have been out of the country. These guys have been fair, reliable, trustworthy and hard working. If you're looking for a place to rent or if you're looking for a property manager this is the group you want to be working with.

Tim has taken care of our house in Omaha since 2011. For five years, he is always there to help us whenever we need his help. He responses our emails quickly, takes cares of the house well, distributes the rents to our account timely. If there are anything happens, he will let us know on the first hand.
