Visited Camberwell Health 2 days back for a check up with Dr Islam. he listened properly, explained everything calmly and didn’t rush me. Felt very comfortable even the nurse who took my blood was lovely too.
There’s not many health facilities doing bulk billing but Camberwell Health does I’m really grateful for that. I know sometimes have to wait longer for your appointment that because people know they get proper care l, therefore facility get busy. Staff are very helpful and caring. Doctors are doing a great job here. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.
Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been coming to this clinic for a long time, and every single visit is the same story — waiting at least one to two hours even with an appointment, and there is never any notice or explanation for the delay. The admin staff are completely unprofessional, disorganised, and unable to handle basic administrative tasks properly. They show no respect for patients’ time or comfort.
