Great dermatologist centre but did feel rushed $325 for a consult and 5 min in and out. The doctors hand was on the door basically telling me you’re done get out. Not worth it. I won’t be back
I had an appointment to see Andie McCarthy ( cosmetic nurse) and was able to book in to Rebecca Nguyen ( dermatologist) 830am the very next day - was that a blessing or pure luck?! Whatever it is I was totally impressed and surprised to be greeted by these 2 profesionals who both deserve a shout out(!) - they both have similar 'enthusiasm' for their work which I translate and praise - "they were efficient, experienced, professional and answered all questions & cleared all my concerns " They were also blessed working with a t... read more

Following points are important 1/ very friendly reception 2/ excellent parking - really helpful 3/ lovely atmosphere/ old world interior 4/ Dr Eric Poon - was very thorough and very pleasant and knowledgeable Overall an excellent excellent experience from my perspective Rodney
Excellent customer service. The ladies at the desk were warm and showed empathy towards my concerns regarding laser treatment. Dr Poon was efficient, understanding and clear when discussing treatments.
