I have lived at Camberwell for 12 years. It has been for the most part well maintenanced and Manager is friendly and does her part to see to it that repairs are made on a daily basis. Ive never had to wait more than a day to have any repairs done. I have no problem with Maintenance or local neighbors. I would say that out of all the apartments in this community at least 80% of the people living here are polite and courteous. There are still a few that cause trouble but I blame the economy for that. I generally get a long wit... read more
DONT MOVE HERE Randy the maintenance bum will stalk you! I have pictures of him parked in front of my unit watching me. 37 different times!!! The heat/air does not put out enough btus for the unit size so it needs run at full blast 24 hours a day just to attempt to cool/heat the apartment. I am paying over \$200 per month trying to cool off and the temp stays hotter than 80 degrees! No heat or air in bathrooms. Police are here for problems almost daily.
