If it was possible to give this place a lower rating I would. My wife waited an hour to be seen, and while she waited another person came in (also with no appointment) and he was taken to a room almost immediatley (no he was not havin chest pain or bleeding...he just got better service) . My wife inquired as to why she had not yet been seen, and they acted like they forgot about her. They were the rudest office I have ever been in!! I was noticeably VERY sick! I could hardly talk, I was coughing, had a fever and having chest pains! There was a mix-up with our insurance card and the ladys suggestion, paying cash....\$150!! That versus our \$15 co pay! Then she suggests the ER! Needless to say, I was not seen. A very close relative had a VERY similar situation, but because she had time to fight and get them to check into things further, she was able to be seen. Ive left several messages in the past months to my Drs regarding severe pain and have never received a call back? I asked the Dr if he received my messages...he said, NO! Plus, my WC injuries have had the worst care from this Orthopedic Doctor....I would not recommend him to anyone!
