Worst experience ever. Joel is very charming and I thought, whew, I can communicate with this guy. He speaks English and will understand everything to be done. The unfortunate reality is that his crew came sporadically, did a half ass job. Didn’t do everything we had agreed and now I’m calling in my Spanish speaking landscaper who had never let me down and I feel horrible for not using him in the first place.
