After our sewer main backed up one evening, we called a number of so-called 24/7 plumbing and rooter companies. Most said they couldn't come until the following morning. I had this company come out and do a leak detection and to my disappointment I was charged double the price of the competitors. Needless to say I should have gotten quotes and not so easily trusted the local company. I assumed they would be fair since they are serving the local community. Customer service is not their expertise. Too greedy and not about treating people fairly.
