RecommendedCHCD is an amazing organization offering classes, resources, and support groups for people in Ventura County. I want to recognize the Pain Management Support Group facilitated by Joseph Cabaret, MD. The group meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 530pm in the Maple Room in Building H behind Money Pancho’s. The group is a support group providing alternatives, support, and encouragement for people with all kinds of health ailments, dealing with chronic pain. The District is a model for how a govt. entity should function. They are fiscally responsible and zealous for in their community impact. They serve many of their programs county-wide! Their employees really care about people. Their programs are top-notch, effective, and always on the cutting edge of health and aging services. I can't say enough.
