Josh was super helpful in explaining policy choices. He was also very polite and kind about helping us fill OUR needs. Not having to hunt down quotes on my own and deal with multiple sales people was fantastic. Hope we never have to use our insurance, but if we do it will be nice having a person we can contact, not just a generic website.
