My experience in the service department was very disappointing. Two times in a row. I gave them a second chance and so disappointed. The service department back in the day was good. Do not recommend now. The way that they treat people was just so disappointed. No personal touch. Everything through text. No call to get the whole issue with the car. So did not prepare the equipment. Unhappy Customer
Camargo helped me pick up an Escalade this weekend. I highly recommend working with the crew here. They are all professional and friendly. Terry did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the process. Their facilities and amenities are top notch.
Was coming from Lexington to Cincinnati (3 hour round trip) to look at and test drive a CT4-V BW. Talked to a salesman to confirm it was on the lot and let him know that if I liked it I was going to trade in my BMW and buy it. He said I could test drive it if I was serious. My experience at Camargo Cadillac was extremely disappointing and one of the most unprofessional dealership interactions I’ve had while shopping for a vehicle. I came in to test drive a used Escalade after already doing significant research and comparing vehicles. The first red flag was pricing. Over the phone the sales manager quoted me one price, but when I arrived in person the number suddenly increased. Wow, it's end of the year and EV sales have tanked with the loss of the $7,500 tax credit. Serious buyer as my lease is up in two weeks. Reached out 3 or 4 times in the last couple of weeks. Get a response intitally then nothing. I can't imagine buying a vehicle here then having to take it to service. One of the worst dealership experiences I have had. Don't waste your time.
