I tried. I really tried to like this dentist because I was so happy to finally have an office close by. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about, but my experience with this dentist here was very good, I felt so thankful for that bc there are way too many health care services out there that are just awful and dishonest like, horrific. But the team here is awesome, in my experiences they're all rock stars w their communication skills, they're clear, patient, and direct, but also nice. The Dentist here is the same way. They set a great example for how things should be

Worst dentist I’ve ever had. Had my teeth cleaned and I’ve never had sensitive teeth before but I do now. They actually chipped one of my teeth in the visit and didn’t believe me when I told them about it and checked the X-rays that they just took only to find that I am not exaggerating. They weren’t using water during a filling and I told them the underside of my tongue was burning and they said that it was unavoidable. Worst medical facility I’ve dealt with in 20 years. All polish, no substance. I have never seen an actual doctor in this building. They don’t have basic diagnostic tools on site. The front desk and nurses look depressed, apathetic, and openly uninterested in patients. Everyone feels trained on routine scripts, not critical thinking. There’s no talent, no urgency, and no proactive advocacy for the patient. There are no calls, no follow-up, no accountability. If you raise a concern, they drop calls and then ghost you.
