Absolutely do not go here. This place has now billed us four separate times for services that are covered by insurance. The last one we even settled by paying money that we never should have had to pay and then when they sent us the receipt, they charged us more money. They are either extremely incompetent or trying to bleed money out of people illegally.
This was my first session to establish a connection with the therapist, where I introduced my background and therapy goals. I’m transferring over from another medical group, and initially thought I was coming in to see a psychiatrist. However, I’m glad I was set up with therapy first. Ariana, from the psychology department, was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and helping me clarify my goals based on my background. I live out here in Tesoro and was happy to hear there would be a dental office in Camarena. I waited patiently for them to finally accept my insurance. I've all bad experiences with Camarena Dental. Im not exaggerating when I say they would reschedule my appointment right before the original appointment. Each time I had a different dentist. It was very impersonal. One asked me if I had medical. I do not like to leave a bad review but with PSYCHOLOGY, y’all need to stop hiring therapists who have zero qualifications (perhaps other than a degree anyone breathing can get). I will never be returning to this place again. What a humiliation ritual. The behavioral health department there is an absolute JOKE. I absolutely love this dentist the staff is wonderful and so their job so good which is rare to come across these days. They make me feel so comfortable ! Doctor Christensen is fast and amazing at what she does! The best dentist I ever had. Love it here 5 stars
