Worst dentist I’ve ever had. Had my teeth cleaned and I’ve never had sensitive teeth before but I do now. They actually chipped one of my teeth in the visit and didn’t believe me when I told them about it and checked the X-rays that they just took only to find that I am not exaggerating. Worst medical facility I’ve dealt with in 20 years. All polish, no substance. I have never seen an actual doctor in this building. They don’t have basic diagnostic tools on site. The front desk and nurses look depressed, apathetic, and openly uninterested in patients. Everyone feels trained on routine scripts, not critical thinking. There’s no talent, no urgency, and no proactive advocacy for the patient. There are no calls, no follow-up, no accountability. If you raise a concern, they drop calls and then ghost you. Over all I give 10 plus fast and courteous personnel every time my grandkids go to both facilities very professional and they always have a smile on their faces . Thanks to all for the great work.

Absolutely do not go here. This place has now billed us four separate times for services that are covered by insurance. The last one we even settled by paying money that we never should have had to pay and then when they sent us the receipt, they charged us more money. They are either extremely incompetent or trying to bleed money out of people illegally.
