Current resident (two months in) and I'm so glad I only signed a 6 month lease. ROACHES GALORE.. unfortunately I did no research before moving in! Let this be your sign.. when you're trying to move in they reply fast but promptness quickly dwindles after you sign that lease baby.. there have been multiple issues including my glass sliding door not locking for a week and being improperly "fixed" by maintenance. Having your water systems privatized has been an ongoing problem. When something goes wrong we're at the mercy of whether they want to deal with it or not when they want to. All of your tenants going a whole weekend without water because they don't prioritize making sure our water is running is awful!!!! We can't call the city who would come and fix the water issues. We have to wait on the property owners(who also have issues getting AC units fixed properly) to find someone to fix it and even if they find someone they person... read more

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere. From the beginning of my lease, I experienced issue after issue, and management failed to address them. I submitted multiple maintenance requests, but they were never properly completed. When maintenance needed access to my unit, the office claimed I needed to provide an extra key because they didn’t have one, so their problem came out of my pocket.
