These apartments are absolutely disgusting. They have a roach infestation that they can’t get rid of no matter how many times pest control comes out. They keep selling the property without notifying residents. They also had a bulk program for cable/wifi with spectrum which was included in the rent but once Luxford living bought the property they canceled the program now no one can get cable/wifi with spectrum until they fix an error that was made, no telling how long that’s going to take. Maintenance sucks, can't pay ur rent early like other apts, hav altitudes when they got to fix shit, payin all dis money 4 some bull I can go elsewhere 2 pay 4 something nice
These apartments are by far the worst I've ever lived in. They moved us into a raggedy apartment so everything was falling apart from day one. My apartment had an ant infestation & the roaches in these apartments are TERRIBLE no matter how much you clean they live in the cracks. Our AC broke almost every month & it took weeks for anybody to fix it. Well deserved for 5 star. It's a quiet complex and neighbors are friendly. they are very good when it comes to communication. Maintenance did a good job on a few things I needed taken care of.
