These have got to be the most overrated, overrated priced apartments in Charlotte. Okay area but nasty apartments. Let first start by saying the roaches are bad. No matter how clean you are, it's not going to keep them away. A few months after moving in, I discovered I not only had to deal with the roaches I had mice too! They came in and ate most of the food in my pantry. I had to throw away everything in the pantry. What a waste. Let's move on to the noise. The assistants have a bad attitude 24/7. sure the place looks as promised but living there- the offie is a huge part - and they are just NOT friendly. also will TRICK you into an application which is $50 per person and if you dont have income from a company BASED in charlotte they dont accept it ? i understand they are not the only ones that use this system but they tricked me and my boyfriend knowing we were moving from OUT OF STATE.
