Three major complaints: 2 units installed in 2013, we were told they should last 15-20 yrs. Wrong!! Only 7 years later the drain pan started leaking into the duct and the coils started rusting to the extend they needed replacing. We were told they used inferior quality product. No kidding! 2. Also discovered the air handlers of the two units were mixed up and going to the opposite compressors. Consequently they were working incorrectly for 7 years. 3. My A/C stopped working mid day in August. He was onsite 20 minutes after I called him late after noon on a Saturday. Had the A/C up in running in less then an hour and didn't over charge me. I was very happy considering most places I called couldn't get to me till tomorrow. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Mitch.
This is by far the best AC company around. Great Price the guys know what they are talking about. I wouldn't recomend anyone else
