Ricardo Alcaraz, is the best of the best, he really took the time and walked us through the whole process, he took a really bad situation and made it the best situation I will recommend all my family and friends to Ricardo.
I’m in the lobby area with my mother and son right now waiting for my vehicle to get a recall maintenance completed and the song choices are all profanity, sex, drugs and inappropriate for a business environment!!!!!! Can’t the car salesmen hear the content?????
