She was so courteous, patient, helpful and professional in helping us (1) get our camera apps to work and see video again because we got new phones (2) scheduled our security maintenance check and (3) help with our camera CPU noise issue. Kenny, a Cam Security service technician, recently came to my residence after I called the company regarding an issue with one of my door alarm sensors. Kenny was very polite and knowledgeable regarding the issue at hand. He diagnosed the issue and replaced a faulty sensor in very short order. Kenny’s professionalism brings credit upon himself and Cam Security.
