Sean did a great job listing and selling our house. We told him we wanted to sell fast and not necessarily for top dollar. He suggested a few minor updates and a great listing price to generate interest. And generate it did, within the first week, we had incredible views, saves, and a few tours. We had two offers (arrived the same day)within the first 60 days of listing. And closed escrow within three months. And he always stays in contact! Great experience! If I find myself in the market in the desert again, I'll call Sean!
