The therapist are great and professional. if you're not careful the front office and billing office will get you. When I started with them I was told that I didn't have a copay, my insurance company said that I did. Cam reassured me that I didn't. I asked several times if they would check and was told that I didn't have a copay. Moving forward I was only allowed a certain amount of time to see the therapist, and once again I was told that I was good until the end of December.
