Great service, very knowledgeable staff and extremely helpful.
Had a great service experience when bringing in my Bronco Sport for a warranty recall. They noticed additional things that needed to be looked after and completed that without charge. While waiting for this work to be completed they shuttled me to and from my chosen restaurant.
After a bad experience at the Coquitlam dealership, we went to the Ford dealership in North Vancouver, where Mr. Jamil guided us through purchasing the F-150 Lightning. With the help of Mr. Mehran, all the financial and credit paperwork was completed in less than half a day, and we received the truck the same day—clean, fully charged, and ready to go. I highly recommend visiting this dealership and would like to give special thanks to Mr. Jamil and Mr. Mehran for their excellent support.
