I brought my vehicle in for the front passenger door recall because the door could not be opened from the inside—a serious safety concern in the event of an emergency. The dealership advised that the recall repair had been completed, but within a week the exact same issue returned. If I could rate Cam Clark Ford more than 5 stars I would! Honestly, their entire service and shop team are amazing. They went above and beyond any reasonable expectations. I was in a very stressful situation with ICBC and they took the whole mess off of my plate and handled every single detail for me. Jayme and Yasmin, who run the shop, are both top notch and I hope Ford appreciates their hard work, dedication, and fantastic work ethic. I cannot recommend this shop or service team enough.
