What wonderful service we received at Cam Clark Ford. We were on vacation when our rental car had an issue. Not only did they fit us in and fix it that very day but they also personally took us to the grocery store, waited for us and drove us back to the station. Everyone was so personable and helpful. For an unexpected situation, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience.
Took my truck in for DEF issues, was told to come back the next day, when I came back the next day the truck had done its burn and wasn't needing this issue resolved. Told them about this amd that I wanted the front end clunk diagnosed instead. They told me it had to come in for the assigned problem of the Def, they spent 3 hrs trying to fix an issue that wasnt there and wouldn't listen to me, to do what I asked.
