I have known Christy and Delane for nearly a decade, working with them in various capacities as when serving on the board for our HOA. They are extremely helpful, considerate and professional. Highly recommended for properties big or small.
Our Condo complex was lucky enough to be dropped by CAM. We should have gotten rid of them years ago. CAM's owner will lead your COA/HOA to believe she understands state statutes and laws...she doesn't always. She will also lead you to believe she is nice, helpful, and doing what is best for your community...she may not be. My son paid them to fill out a questionnaire that was required by his loan officer. They accepted the fee and did nothing with it. When we asked about it they had no idea who we were but did offer to fill out the form. They only filled out the first few pages which was not acceptable by the loan officer. When I asked them if they could fill out the rest they ignored the request. I followed up asking for a refund since what they gave us was worthless and they ignored that as well. Very unprofessional…
Horrible management they must be understaffed, two years. I waited for them to fix a leak in my roof. They just kept patching it and never got to the root of the cause after years of frustration I had to sell I could not take it anymore, my friends live in the same condominium association, and their roof is leaking. All I can say is they are screwed. It will never get fixed. It’s almost as though they wait so long for you to be so frustrated you’ll fix it yourself so they don’t have to put the money out.
I just bought a condo and being new in town I went to CAM for information and help in getting things done with my new purchase. The Staff went out of their way to help me with all my needs and more!!! Things were done ASAP and their friendly out going attitude made me feel very Welcome in Sunset Beach! Entire Staff is absolutely wonderful! Thank you CAM you care and it shows in the way you treated me and helped me with all my needs.
