I have used Calyx Software off and on since 2004. Sadly the MISMO 3.4 integration was completely mishandled. No tech support and constant glitches are having a negative impact on my personal productivity and my company as a whole. We are overwhelmed with problems associated with this software. What happened Calyx?

We're very sorry to hear about your issues that you had with the recent URLA transition. There is no doubt, the magnitude of changes required to accommodate a new URLA were substantial. Although we had the screens and field created to create and export a MISMO 3.4 file, the integration with our 250+ vendors was not perfected when the March 1st mandatory date arrived. Horrible tech customer support. I was told it would take about 2-3 days for someone to call back. It has been 9 days and i have been calling everyday screaming for help. They tell me it has been sent to a manager to help get resolved and still nothing. You can't even wait on hold it connects you to a voice mail that doesn't even allow messages. When you need help they are nowhere to be found !!!
