We had the worst experience of our lives renting a vehicle from this company. We booked a campervan 6 months in advance, since it was during the Christmas period and we didn’t want any surprises. What did they give us? A “Sturt” campervan – basically a total clunker with over 800,000 km on it. The campervan looked nothing like the photos on their website – those are totally misleading. My hubby & I hired The Hume for a week, loved our time in it & wished we had longer! The van is set ip with everything needed & was very comfortable. Excellent service.

Rented a Princess from Calypso for 8 weeks in November/December. Not a new van but for the price more than we expected. Was reliable for the 7000km we used it for. One small issue with the auxiliary battery but 1 call to Calypso and they arranged for a local garage to look and fix it. Pickup (Brisbane) and return (Sydney) where organized really well and easy. Would definitely recommend renting at Calypso.

Thanks for the service, friendly helpful team, they went above and beyond to show me how everything works! Vehicle was very comfortable and even better had the freedom to enjoy the great outdoors. Highly recommend a holiday in a Calypso van.
