Thanks for the service, friendly helpful team, they went above and beyond to show me how everything works! Vehicle was very comfortable and even better had the freedom to enjoy the great outdoors. Highly recommend a holiday in a Calypso van.
Great and efficient communication with staff. However, it's a shame to rent a van in this condition... Dirty bedding, drawers held together with tape, cupboards that don't close, worn and old equipment that isn't maintained, unkempt kitchen utensils.
I cannot rave enough about the quality and the details this company put into their campervan. I am actually very surprised to see only an average rating. We drove from Melbourne to Port Lincoln, around the Eyre Peninsula and back to Melbourne via Mildura for 11 days. To begin with, handover of the car was smooth and easy. Booking and pickup process was smooth and quick. Van was basic but met our needs for the week and returning it was simple as well! A good experience!
