Dog boarding I boarded my 2 dogs at Calypso Kennels for a week. They treated my dogs like they were family. I would recommend them to anyone!

awesome kennel My dog, Betty, boarded recently with Calypso Kennels. Upon scheduling her reservation, I called and received very polite, friendly responses, recommendations, and accommodations for my pup. She is only 1 and a half years old and is extremely shy. The Best! I was really scared to board my yorkie Precious. I have to admit she is a little spoiled. But the staff there really paid attention to her special needs (my special needs lol) and we really felt that they could spoil her just as much....if not MORE than what she gets at home. Thanks guys for calming my fears and taking such good care of my baby. Definitely have and will be back again!! Â
Quote will not equal actual Dogs were well cared for, however, price quoted was not what I paid. First, 4 day quote, but charged for 5 days because I picked up at 12:20pm. When I called at 10:30am, dogs were not ready so I ran some errands which caused me to arrive after 12 noon. They told me dogs were ready at 11:30am. Why weren't the dogs ready when I called? Because Calypso has a mandatory bath policy if dogs are kenneled for 3+ days. And they quoted me $35 per dog for bath, but was charged $45 & $55.

Definitely recommend Calypso Kennels. We always board our furry family members there. Our 2 labs, Jack and Ralph are well taken care of there and never seems stressed when we pick them up. We will send a message to them to check up on them while we are away and they will respond with updates. We have them get their spa day before we pick them up and they always smell good! We get a vacation and they get a vacation!

We've boarded our cat, Tabitha, with Calypso on many occasions in the past 8 years. Our "baby" Tabitha prefers to stay home and interact with my husband and me. She does not like to go anyplace outside the home. However, the staff has been understanding, particularly in the last couple of years, as Tabitha is now diabetic.
