I’ve lived in Calypso for close to 5 years and to keep it short for those not wanting to read this whole thing. The only 2 factors making this a decent place to live is the borderline Irvine location and maintenance, everything else , especially communication to leasing is abysmal. The amount of times it was hard to get in touch with anyone from leasing in a timely matter is ridiculous. We have been living here for little less then a year now. This is a high quality place. We searched all over to get the price, amenities, and space we really wanted. This location checked every box. There have been issues like any complex but they do get resolved. The staff here cares, it's not just a job and your another tenant they have to deal with. I think we picked the best complex for us. Tim, the site manager, is great and very accommodating. All Kudos out to them for making this a great place to live.
I want to shout out Sergio from maintenance - he's super fast and responsive, fixes things properly, and we've never had the same issue twice. Thanks.
The only reason I moved out was because I was relocating out of state. But if I ever went back to CA. I’d move right back into calypso. A great apartment, clean, and convenient location. Staff is amazing. Chandy In the leasing office was a part of the reason I moved in. She made me feel so welcomed and just reassured my comfort at this complex. One of the sweetest people I have ever met. Absolutely beautiful inside and out.
I have been living at Calypso for a little over 6 months with my housemates and it has truly been so wonderful! Tim and Chanda have been so supportive and helpful with everything! Truly from the application process, to moving in, to even being able to print documents for us in the leasing office, they have been so gracious and wonderful. And a special shoutout to Chandy for always working overtime to get things done in time, she is truly so awesome!
