This apartment complex is located in an ideal spot near Diamond Jamboree Shopping Center and The District at Tustin Legacy. However, the concerning safety issue is that the community doors remain unlocked and lead directly out to the sidewalk. Anybody can walk into and out of this apartment anytime. So, why bother having doors?
HERES A ONE STAR REVIEW AND IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE THIS COMPANY LIKES TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. CALYPSO APARTMENTS TOOK MY DEPOSIT THAT WAS REFUNDABLE AND I WAS DENIED AN APARTMENT, OKAY NO BIG DEAL, THE MONEY WAS RELEASED TO MY CARD ONLY FOR THEM TO CHARGE MY CARD, THEY DO THIS PURPOSELY TO SEE WHO FIGHTS FOR THEIR MONEY BACK AND NO ONE CAN HELP YOU WITH THE PROCESS SO NOW YOU AND YOUR BANK HAVE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE. Been living at Calypso for a little over 3 months and I've loved every moment of it. The community is quiet, local to everything I need, has high end amenities, and the staff is great! Specials thanks to Chandy and Tim for making my experience nothing short of amazing!
Tim, the community manager and staff Chandy are great. They took the time to make move-in smooth. Even with short staffing Tim was able to get all my questions answered. Very much appreciate all the help Tim gave and his patience! The community is quiet and clean. My wife and I are happy we moved in.
This is living in a resort like atmosphere with many amenities.
