The worst rental application I ever experienced Calypso took a refundable deposit which I cancelled with my bank then they claimed that refund was sent to me twice which is not the case. They claimed that I took that I took the deposit and refund and sent my record to collections. This is so unprofessional I have all the proofs
I lived here for a year, moved out more than two months ago, and I’m still dealing with management. There are plenty of apartments nearby with similar prices and amenities, so based on my experience, I would think twice before choosing this complex. Security Deposit & Move-Out Charges Be VERY careful when you move out. I was charged for alleged paint damage without being provided proof, along with utility charges I believe had already been paid. Hard to communicate with the leasing staff. Always a constant struggle to reach them, most of the time there’s no one at the office. They don’t call back and email responses are always delayed or not responded to.
New management, new parking garage system, constantly raising rent every year when other apartments remain vacant at lower cost. 3 whole days of constant fire alarm testing is the final thing making me second guess re- signing after 3 years here
I've had a great experience with most of the staff here, and I really want to recognize the people who make this community a great place to live. Chandy in the office is always kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to answer questions, follows up when needed, and genuinely cares about the residents.
