Love living here the staff really go out of the way to take care of you as residents making sure they are completely satisfied. From maintenance to office staff I truly got lucky with such an amazing team. The complex is always very quiet during the day and night , residents are also very friendly . Me and my fiancee tried to rent from here but were initially denied. We were told the security deposit was refundable and that’s what it said online. They refused to return it multiple times claiming they sent out a check. I filled a charge back on my credit card and they refused to do anything until a week later after I won. They tried to claim we owe them money but we called here and told them we were told multiple times it was refundable and had proof and they were trying to go after us again from the credit dispute. The worst experience ever!!! The leasing office is always closed, the personal's attitude is so bad. Do not recommend this place;(
Updated : regarding review below it was a misunderstanding (email address) about no replying from leasing office. the manager office reached out to us and the issue have been addressed. We appreciate your help! Thank you Update September 2024 : living here almost a year now. Only a heavy step from upstair stomping the floor. And leasing office can’t help you with it.
