Hard to communicate with the leasing staff. Always a constant struggle to reach them, most of the time there’s no one at the office. They don’t call back and email responses are always delayed or not responded to.
New management, new parking garage system, constantly raising rent every year when other apartments remain vacant at lower cost. 3 whole days of constant fire alarm testing is the final thing making me second guess re- signing after 3 years here
I've had a great experience with most of the staff here, and I really want to recognize the people who make this community a great place to live. Chandy in the office is always kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to answer questions, follows up when needed, and genuinely cares about the residents. SPIDER INFESTED POOL: Calypso leases pool chairs to colonies of spiders!! I’m convinced of this since I complained about this in November 2024, two years ago and nothing has been done. What’s the point of having a pool if you can’t even enjoy it without the strong possibility of walking away with spider bites? It’s not too much to ask for the cleaning crew to flip these chairs and cleans them!! Recently we had some guest that were impressed by how clean and well-maintained this community is. The gym is always spotless, with equipment that is regularly cleaned and organized. The party room is equally well cared for, making it a welcoming space for gatherings. All of the common areas are consistently clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone.
