Roscoe property management is the worst I've ever had to deal with and it's only month 3 since they took over.. half the time the leasing agent isn't in the office and if she is the door is still locked and blinds closed . who leaves for the day before 5pm on a MONDAY!!. my AC has been inadequately cooling for 2 months!! it read 81 degrees at 440 pm. and there has been an uncontrolled roach infestation for a month!!
