I was encouraged by the dermatologist I saw to buy a lip care product from the counter, so I made the purchase. Unfortunately, the product gave me an allergic reaction. I called 3 different times to ask about getting a refund for the product and each time I was told that a message had been sent to the manager from whom I'd be hearing from shortly or the same day.
