Was seeing this neurologist for the treatment of migraines with Botox injections along my hairline, quarterly. The last time I saw him at the beginning of October 2025, we discussed the neck pain I was having and I said I’d had neck injections (epidurals) to relieve some of the pain and he suggested that as he had some remaining Botox that he apply some to my neck muscle. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Natanzon. He is one of the most caring, patient, and attentive doctors I’ve seen. He truly took the time to listen to everything I was experiencing with my migraines and carefully considered what I had already tried in the past. He kept working with me until he found something that actually stabilized my migraines. His knowledge and compassion made such a difference in my care. Highly recommend!
Dr Natanzon reviewed all my exams and medical history and kindly and compassionately explained my condition. Yes he was running behind the schedule, but he actually seat down, went over the details and answered all questions with care, I don’t mind waiting a bit longer to see a doctor with great bed side manners.
