I have a 100 year old father that has Mesothelioma. He had a pacemaker implant and the hospital doctor prescribed O2 as needed. Now my father needs it when he exerts himself, such as walking out in the yard. But can't get the proper paperwork because the doctor doesn't want him to get dependent on the O2. He might not use it like he should but at 100 years old, how dependent can he get?
