The office was closed and I was in need of dental attention. Dr Pierce met me 20 minutes after I phoned him and kindly and carefully took care of my problem.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Their staff is very friendly and professional. They made sure every question I had was answered. I was impressed with their thoroughness, and felt confident about my treatment plan. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had a very good experience, and they are by far the best I've been to (in fact, I've been going there ever since Dr. Pierce has been there, approximately 14 years).

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable
