Doctor is great staff is unprofessional, careless, and slack, and do not answer the phone I had to pop up at the office just to get my paperwork corrected that they kept messing up and refused to answer the phone or call back
Dr.Hu is a great doctor. The staff not good at all. I have been calling every day at least twice a day and NEVER received a call back. Totally unprofessional.
Dr. Hu’s kindness makes him a great doctor. He takes his time during appointments and listens to patient’s concerns. Responds quickly to online messages.
