Calvin has worked with my husband to get his type 2 diabetes under control, his kidney function stable, and works with him to take control of his health. He has gotten to know my husband, Jose. Jose is set in his ways and will tell anyone asking what he thinks they what to hear. Calvin figured this out early in his work with Jose. I called the urgent care number for an appointment and was given an appointment within the hr. The antibiotics are very effective and I was feeling so much better after the first 2 doses and will continue on these for the remaining days.
Very personable. A good listener. Met all my needs. I was called in before my scheduled time and was out the door in a very reasonable time. Best of all, I had my questions answered and my concerns addressed in a professional, personal manner. MA, PA and Front Desk were all perfect. Great job, all.
