The Rosemead office is the worst office. There is 1 office staff that is extremely rude. Unfortunately, she always answers the phone. She hangs up on you while you are still asking questions!!! Dr Eng is competent and knowledgeable, although he is straight forward (I.e. no sugar coating from his responses). My mom has been his patient for over 30 years and they have a mutual respect for each other.
