I’ve used Calvey for the past 6 years. They installed a new furnace and do annual furnace and A/C check ups as well as replacing the furnace filter every year. On the last service call Kenny was so helpful. He tried to troubleshoot my Nest thermostat because it was offline and no longer serviced by Nest. After many attempts and a call with Google, I gave up and bought a new Nest thermostat Kenny had in his truck. The Calvey crew just finished the installation of air/heating and HVAC duct and vent installation in our home today. I was so impressed by everyone who worked with my husband. Update: in response to this review, Mike Calvey reached out to me and tried to make it right. Calvey is a company in which industry best practices are sometimes not followed. In 2021, Calvey installed a 4-ton, single stage Bryant suitcase unit on my property. This unit has seen less than 20 hr, likely less than 10 hr of runtime in these 3 years. It has evidence of an electrical fire due to completely loose - not even snugged connections on the contactor which should have been torqued to 35 in-lbs. In my case, this led to the... read more
