I've lived in my unit for 6 months. since then I've had mice from move in, a large mailbox unit falling off the wall and not being picked up for more than two hours, and have had to submit five service requests for air conditioning. Although the maintenance team is full of wonderful people, it is better to take your business elsewhere. attached pictures of the mailbox unit in the front hall with visible mice feces, to prove it isn't just my unit with the problem.

the place is a dump. everyone is lazy. the corporation doesn't want to pay maintenance men so they send the residents do it yourself maintenance videos. my neighbor cannot sleep in either of his 2 bedrooms because they are completely covered in mold. so he pays 1700 a month for a 2 bedroom and his bed is in his living room. in my apartment nothing works. there is mold everywhere. instead of fixing a leak in the ceiling, they just paint over it to get rid of the mold that is still there. your air conditioner and heat can't wo... read more

properly fix things inside of apartment. instead they just put Band-Aids or open heart surgery. maintenance is a joke here

Lived here for two years and just moved out a couple months ago. Compared to my previous experiences with apartment living, this place was pretty accommodating. Maintenance was very timely, sometimes even coming out within a few hours of submitting a request. They would come out immediately for water emergencies. Rent can be paid online with no charges, which was a huge plus. We had no major issues with the complex or staff while living here. Also, Jennie in the leasing office is fantastic.
