I lived here for two years. Loved it and miss it so much! Wish I hadn’t had to move away because of the pandemic. Clean building, nice management, my favorite gym I’ve been to..Lobby smells like delicious pizza and it’s a nice thing. I lived right above the lobby and my unit did not smell like pizza at all. Recommend!

The management is terrible nothing gets fixed there is a huge lack of security. The security cameras don't work in the garage my car and others have been broken into. Bikes of been stolen in a LOCKED garage with security cameras. I have called numerous times and nothing has been done about the security issues. Emergency maintenance does not answer the phone. Nonresidents are using the building code to enter the building and use the gym. The mail is just laid out on the gym floor not in the secure room. Suspicious individuals... read more

The nice things I can say about the place is that the apartments are all new. New fixtures and appliance. Love the big windows and the location is great. The problems are with the people who own it. one week the fire alarm was going off every two hours.. including 2am. No sleep that week. maintenance was told and nothing happened. The cars get broken into constantly and they won't pull the camera footage to help solve the problem or even offer a kindness or solution. I was told to just not keep valuables in the car.
