After a horrifying experience with a sewer line backing up into the house, we contacted big-name plumbing company. They seemed like aggressive sales-people rather than anything else. The owner, Jason, was rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic. I’m not dealing with this company again. Crazy since I’ve recommended them in the past to friends and family after they’ve done my backflow check and tankless water heater flush. Now I’ve warned family and friends.
