It was a pretty pleasant stay. The only problem I had was they gave us the wrong room. We were promised another room and when we got there they gave us a different room. They left a note for the manager to call us, but we have not received a call and he was not there to talk to us in the morning. I don't know if this is a regular occurrence, maybe it's just a one-off, but it did leave a little sour taste in the mouth. Location was good. The hotel itself is older but very well taken care of.
Never stayed before. Historical dormitory that was updated 8 years ago. Rooms are very quaint and modern. Breakfast was very good and easily walked to downtown. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
lovely rustic hotel with modern amenities, nice quiet location, very cool older hotel, noah the front desk clerk went above and beyond his duties, i called early in the day and there were no rooms available but he said he would call if there was a cancellation, alot of people say that but never follow through but he did, he called bout an hr later said he had a cancellation and even got me in early. definately recommend this hotel. cant say enough good about this hotel, you have to experience it to appreciate it
Called to make a reservation and had one of the coldest interactions I have ever experience making any sort of reservation or purchase. I've had better interactions with an automated system. Not welcoming and honestly didn't seem very Montanan. Extremely pretentious. Woof... Also, not a great location.
This is a cool hotel. Not your run of the mill, chain hotel. The beds and pillows are comfy. Very glad I found this hotel.
