I did my homework before getting AC quotes, and this company’s bid came in nearly $10,000 higher than every other quote I received. They only offer the most expensive unit, with no mid range or basic option presented. I had the time and knowledge to shop around and find a fair price. But what about customers who don’t, like older folks or anyone who can’t easily compare quotes? They’re trusting this company to deal with them honestly. I called them at 9:30 am to schedule a repair. They said a technician would be coming that evening between 8 and 8:30 pm. When 8:30 came and went, I called to learn that they had a record of me speaking to a representative, but no record of an appointment being scheduled. Their website advertises 24/7 service, but the best they could offer was between 4 and 8 pm the next day. Terrible service. I was an AirRite customer until they became Crawford Service, then Crawford became Service Experts. When Crawford took over, someone contacted me to continue services, when Service Experts took over, no one reached out. I found out about the change when I called to find out why no one had setup my yearly checkup. I was told I was a legacy customer and they couldn't help me, that someone from Service Experts would have call me to set up the account. No one has ever called.
