Marcos and Oscar were the A-team - great communication and AC issue solved as expected.
These people were supposed to come out and replace lights for my 87 year old grandmother..but instead confused her and locked her into a $6,100+ agreement for 9.5 years. When she realized what has happened and is trying to cancel, they are trying to charge her $3,500+ to get out of this 10 year agreement. Is this really how you treat your customers?! Update: Originally a 5 star review. Here I am 3 years later updating it while on hold with this new ownership for the 3rd time in less than a month trying to get them to process my cancellation request. For YEARS we had 3 accounts with them, one residential and 2 commercial, and had to cancel them all because of how abysmal service is ever since Calverley got bought out. Service Experts Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing failed to meet my expectations. The technician arrived late without notifying me, and the diagnosis was rushed and unclear. The repair took longer than promised, causing inconvenience. Pricing was higher than initially quoted, with additional charges added without explanation.
