Shame there is a member of your staff who has broken your code of conduct by deliberately making a belittling comment on social media, knowing his wife would read it ,in regards to her contacting a married man asking for a hug and meeting him at her place of employment. Perhaps a review of the code of conduct including behaviour that shows respects the Catholic values is in order.
They give good service to all aged ppls in there and they're friendly also👍🏻
Lovely n clean, staff are amazing n caring.
My mother is a resident here and the staff went out of their way to allow us to have a 5 generation photo with her next of kin even though they had a lock down as they had a COVID outbreak. We are ever so grateful
